BDOW!
Evolving an existing marketing platform into a more contemporary SaaS experience, from visual rebrand to deeper product workflows.
Overview
BDOW! needed to modernize and rebrand an existing marketing platform used to create forms, manage campaigns, and review performance. I was initially brought in to translate the new brand into the product experience and refresh the existing UI.
That engagement grew into an ongoing design partnership, with continued work across new screens, product structure, analytics, and campaign configuration.
My Role
I work primarily as the product designer, taking requirements from the technical lead and translating them into clear, polished product experiences. My work has included redesigning the application shell, creating new detail views, refining analytics and configuration experiences, and helping evolve the core campaign-building workflow.
Approach
Much of the work has focused on bringing greater clarity and consistency to a product with a lot of underlying configuration. Rather than simply applying a new visual layer, I have looked for opportunities to improve how the product is structured and how users understand the relationships between forms, campaigns, behaviors, and settings.
One of the larger explorations has been rethinking campaign creation as a workflow rather than a series of disconnected configuration screens, making the overall experience easier to understand and manage.
Outcome
The initial redesign led to an ongoing relationship, and I have continued to support the product as new business and product needs emerge. The result is a more cohesive and contemporary experience that better reflects the brand while continuing to support the complexity of the underlying platform.
